ECG Monitoring window
ECG signal quality control before and during the recording. Intended to select the recording mode and system operational control (engagement/disengagement of filters, changing the sweep gain and speed, adding the event marks).
Urgent recording mode - ECG recording without preliminary entering the patient’s personal data.
Automatic - producing a record with a duration of 10 or 40 seconds.
Manual - arbitrary recording duration (up to 1 hour). During the recording process, the system provides for conducting a respiratory sample and other medical procedures.
Averaged PQRST window
Producing the averaged complexes provides the high measurement accuracy. The program carry out the syndrome-based interpretations using the averaged QRS-complexes.
Rhythm analysis window
The rhythm is analyzed on a 40-second recording of leads II, V2, V5. Any of the analyzed leads is available for viewing.
«Thrombolysis» program
The thrombolysis program is a software module within the ArMaSoft-12-Cardio software.
The thrombolysis program is designed to quantify the probability of the acute myocardial ischemia development. The term «acute myocardial ischemia» defines conditions such as acute coronary syndrome and acute myocardial infarction.
The need for a method to estimate the development probability of these conditions is determined by the fact that electrocardiogram of approximately 30 percent of patients with developing acute myocardial infarction, in the first hours and even a day, the may not have the reliable signs of acute myocardial infarction.
The algorithm for determining the development probability of acute myocardial ischemia is based on multi-year research by Dr. Selker’s group. 10,000 patients participated in dr. Selker’s research, which is rated worldwide as a «type A» research (highest reliability rating). The algorithm is based on a combination with different weight factors of such features as gender, age, presence and classification of pain, electrocardiogram features.
If the estimated development probability of acute myocardial ischemia is 50 percent or more, the patient should be treated in the same way as in case of the proven acute myocardial infarction (particularly, using the thrombolytic therapy).
